Learning to Swim Again

In order to finally be able to turn the page on this chapter of my life, I decided to publically post my journey.  Writing this has been extremely therapeutic and inspirational.  My hope with this site is to advocate for those who that are recovered, in recovery, or trying desperately to take the first step.  We must learn to float before we can swim.   Thanks for reading.
